Due to the perishable nature of our kombucha, we are unable to accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
Inspect Your Shipment
Examine your Health-Ade delivery immediately upon arrival to ensure all bottles are intact and the order is correct.
Document Issues
If there is any damage or a missing item, take clear photos of the packaging and the product labels for our records.

Email our customer success team with your order number and photos to initiate a refund or replacement request.
